Our Founder

The Leadership Guild was founded by GinaMaria Jerome, a consummate consultant, coach, author, speaker, and trainer who believes communication is the essential ingredient to success.

Her communication career started after graduating from The University of Texas when she began contributing to magazines and worked her way up to managing editor. She then made the leap to corporate America, where she helped business leaders at Merrill Lynch, Fidelity National Financial, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Motorola, Dell Computer, Compaq, Pace Foods, and Oracle.

Today, she’s still communicating. She has written over 200 published articles and three books. She has managed client relationships, led successful workshops, and coached groups and individuals. More than anything, she knows that to succeed in business and in life empowering communication is critical. Her timely new book, The American Dream, A Tale of Leadership from the Founding Fathers, is an inspirational story of how to overcome adversity and find renewed vigor using principles that have lasted for 200 years.
